• Ordered directly from the shop, with no quote round-trip.
• The clock starts when compliant samples are received, not when the order is placed.
• The QC report ships with the result, as it does on every OMICS4 deliverable.

These services are available to validated clients from the client portal.

Projects: three to eight weeks

A project is not one bench step. The range reflects how many stages yours actually has:

• How many platforms are combined on the same sample set.
• Whether we start from raw material, and therefore run extraction and quality control first.
• Library preparation and the sequencing depth your design calls for.
• Whether GenXMap's interpretation layer is included downstream.

The figure that binds us is the one written in your quote, not the range on this page. We would rather commit to a date we can hold than to the shortest one we can imagine.

When the clock starts, and when it stops

It starts on receipt of compliant samples. If a sample fails incoming quality control, we stop the clock and call you, rather than proceed and deliver data you cannot use.
