Each partner is vetted and audited against our own standards before a single sample crosses over. You keep one point of contact, one quote and one invoice, and the reporting format does not change between benches.
Western blot answers a question about a protein you have already named. Mass spectrometry answers questions you have not asked yet, across a proteome you have not enumerated. Targeted panels sit between the two: a defined list, quantified across a cohort.
If you are unsure which stage you are at, describe the decision the data has to support rather than the technique, and we will work back from there.
