Protein-level analysis: mass-spectrometry proteomics run in-house for deep, untargeted profiling, and targeted biomarker panels delivered through our specialized partner network, with MIPP, for a defined set of proteins quantified across a cohort. One point of contact, one quote and one report, whichever bench does the work.
Two techniques, two benches:
The partner works under formal agreements and defined quality requirements, and is assessed against our own criteria before a single sample crosses over. You keep one point of contact, one quote and one invoice, and the reporting format does not change between benches.
Targeted panels answer a question about proteins you have already named: a defined list, quantified across a cohort. Mass spectrometry answers questions you have not asked yet, across a proteome you have not enumerated.
