Two addresses, one laboratory

They serve different purposes, and confusing them delays a shipment:

• Registered office, for contracts and invoicing: 9 rue Jacques Réattu, 13009 Marseille.
• Laboratory, where samples are received: Méditerranée Infection building, 13005 Marseille, in the Timone hospital district.

The address to use for a given shipment is confirmed in your quote. Please do not assume it from this page: a sample sent to the wrong one loses a day, and sometimes its cold chain.

Who we work with, and from where

Distance is not the constraint people expect it to be. Most projects arrive by carrier and never require anyone to travel.

• Carrier shipments across France and the European Union, on dry ice or at ambient temperature depending on the material.
• Local drop-off for teams in Marseille and the wider Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, which removes a carrier step for fragile material or short collection windows.
• Samples and data processed in the EU, with a documented chain of custody from intake to delivery.

Specialized equipment on our doorstep

Some instruments are worth reaching for rather than duplicating. Extracellular vesicle work combines our isolation and cargo-analysis capacity with the nanoparticle-characterization equipment of the Faculté de Pharmacie de Marseille, for higher-resolution sizing, counting and marker validation.
