These Terms & Conditions govern your use of genxmap.com (the "Site"), operated by GenXMap, a French company headquartered at 9 Rue Jacques Réattu, 13009 Marseille, France. By browsing the Site, you agree to these terms. They do not replace or override the specific service agreement or statement of work you sign with GenXMap for any laboratory, sequencing, bioinformatics or R&D engagement.
GenXMap provides wet-lab technology platforms (OMICS4, powered by GenXMap: sample processing, molecular biology, genomics & multi-omics, advanced imaging) and computational biology & AI services, as well as internal and collaborative R&D programs, described throughout the Site. The Site is informational; any paid engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement. Bookings made through OMICS4 (platforms, Multi-Omics packages, Combo platforms and Scientific Scoping sessions) are additionally governed by the Platform Booking & Sample Analysis Terms.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, access non-public areas without authorization, or reproduce its content beyond what is permitted under Section 4.
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, the GenXMap and OMICS4 names and marks) is owned by GenXMap or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. For project engagements, ownership of client samples, client-supplied data and the resulting deliverables is set out in the applicable service agreement; unless otherwise agreed, clients retain ownership of their own samples and data.
Project engagements are covered by a mutual confidentiality agreement or the confidentiality clauses of the applicable service agreement. Information shared through general enquiries on the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes about GenXMap's capabilities. It is not medical, diagnostic or clinical advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Any research or clinical use of results must be validated independently and in line with applicable regulatory requirements.
To the extent permitted by law, GenXMap is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Liability relating to a specific project engagement is governed exclusively by the applicable signed service agreement.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the Site that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Marseille, France, unless a signed service agreement specifies otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
