What we need from you

The more precise your request, the fewer round-trips before a firm figure:

• Your sample type and matrix, and how many samples.
• The biological question, in a sentence. It often changes which platform we recommend.
• The target platform, if you already know it. If you do not, say so and we will propose one.
• Your timeline, and any fixed deadline such as a grant or a conference.
• Whether you are sending raw material or extracted, QC'd nucleic acid.

You do not need a finished protocol. If your parameters are not settled, our scientific scoping service exists for exactly that.

What you get back

A written quote naming the platform combination, the deliverables and the turnaround. The date in your quote is the one that binds us, not the range published on the turnaround page.

If needed we will suggest a short call, fifteen to twenty minutes, to scope the project properly rather than quote on a guess.

You may not need a quote at all

Catalogue services, PCR, quantitative PCR, digital PCR and Sanger sequencing among them, are ordered directly from the shop at published conditions, with a 72-hour turnaround and no quote round-trip. They are available to validated clients from the client portal.

Before sharing protocol detail

An NDA is available before any protocol detail is shared, and asking for one delays nothing. Samples and data are processed in the European Union, under a documented chain of custody from intake to delivery.
